Do I have to write the articles myself?
No. You have access to 175 prepared horticultural publications. With full service, we prepare your newsletters and you can still edit them. With self-service, you use our content or create your own, then manage your emails.
Can I promote new arrivals and special offers?
Yes. With self-service, you can create your own content, add promotions and edit publications however you like. With full service, we prepare the newsletter, then you can add new arrivals, events or promotions and edit existing content before it goes out.
How often are newsletters sent?
The program includes 41 newsletters per year. The Northern Hemisphere schedule is weekly from March 15 to October 15, then every two weeks from mid-October to mid-March. We plan the 41 dates together. Timing and topics for other markets are agreed around local seasons.
Can I use my current subscriber list?
Yes. We can import your existing subscriber list for you. You can then continue collecting sign-ups in store, on your website and on your Facebook page.
Can newsletters be coordinated with my social media?
Yes. When you also choose our Facebook and Instagram service, themes can be coordinated to make your communications more consistent.
How quickly can the service be ready?
Allow approximately one to two days after we receive the necessary items: your logo, contact details, subscriber list and program choices. We prepare your setup so your communications can begin.
Could my competitor receive the same program?
We review the availability of territory protection for newsletters and the Facebook posting program with you. The area and covered services are defined in the proposal. Your choice of topics and custom additions also help distinguish your communications.
